The kaleidoscope was invented in 1816 by Sir David Brewster and
our fascination with them has only grown since. Today's
kaleidoscopes are singular artistic creations fashioned from
metal, glass, mirrors and wood that are themselves beautiful,
but more importantly offer visions of reflected and refracted
colors and shapes that mystify and entertain. Labaire Pottery is
